What does it do for
you?
Using state of the art camera technology and software, ACT are
able to cut numerous materials to shape allowing for our clients to
think outside the box for creative and cost effective designs and
options.
Zund digital die cutting removes the need for
expensive setup and also steel dies whilst producing a better
finish in the process.
How does it
work?
Each sheet is analyzed by our camera and the software makes any
adjustment required allowing for skew, stretch, height, contraction
etc to ensure an accurate cut every time.
With a maximum cutting bed size of 3m x 2.2m
and a conveyor belt system for rollfed materials, the Zund XL3000's
diversity is second to none.

POS, POP, information boards, cut out characters, packaging
prototypes, polystyrene shapes, cut out letters, shaped logos and
much more.
