what can it print on?
The Lightjet has a limited range of materials it can image to, photographic paper, transparency (for backlit applications - Fujitrans) and clear acetate (FujiClear).

Internal displays, PopUps, Rollups, Banner Stands, Foamex Panel, POP, POS, Lightbox Graphics, Posters, Limited external uses (fully encapsulated has a relatively long life of up to 12 months)
for the techy?
The Lightjet is a large format photographic printer which images using RGB lasers at the equivalent of 4800dpi and therefore has a print quality better than anything available currently on the market. To the eye there is no dot and is a continuous tone printer.
The imaging area is 10' x 50" - but to be safe we would recommend 3m x 1265mm and it will image at up to 40sqm/hr.
As this is a true photographic process the paper must be loaded into the Lightjet in total darkness and then moved from the Lightjet to the photographic processor in the same darkness - forget the red light on the TV, that does not work!!
