what does it do for you?
The Zund UVJet is a 2.15m wide inkjet which prints onto a wide variety of rigid and rollfed materials up to 40mm thick. Your imagination is the limit - ACT have even printed on bread! It was not eaten though!!
This printer is the revolution of the digital market and has bridged the gap between paper based digital and screen print as there are no paper, adhesives, laminates etc and therefore the labour intensity is reduced.

Prepare, RIP, print, cut and pack - this removes several layers of the digital process and means that ACT can be more competitive on longer runs - in some cases up to 200 depending on size and material.
As no lamination is required and because the ink has a 2 year life outdoors, this product becomes a short to medium term large format outdoor graphic solution.
what can it print on?
Foam PVC, Foamboard, Correx, Dibond, Aluminium, Wood, Self adhesive vinyl, Banner vinyl, Cotton, MDF, Card, Canvas, Corrugated packaging, Wallpaper, and much more.

for the techy?
The Zund UVJet prints to a maximum of 2150mm wide on both roll and rigid media with a resolution of 360dpi. The fastest production speed is 18 sqm/hr but generally work is produced at 12 sqm/hr.
The printer prints using UV inks which are instantly dried after the heads have sprayed the ink which is why most media is able to accept the ink without a specialist coating.
